Larry Allen

As SVP, Network Development Mr. Allen led AOL's strategic partnerships for Platform-A forging relationships with major media companies such as IAC, Rodale and Disney. Mr. Allen came to AOL with the $275 million acquisition of TACODA where he was SVP, Marketing and Business Development responsible for driving the torrid growth of the network in 18 short months.

Mr. Allen joined TACODA, Inc. from UNICAST, a division NASDAQ traded Viewpoint Corporation , at which he was the General Manager. While at UNICAST, Mr. Allen lead the develop FUSE, a comprehensive rich media platform for delivering video, Macromedia Flash and standard advertising.

Previously, Mr. Allen was Vice President, Product Management for 24/7 Real Media and responsible for developing the company's ad serving products for publishers, such as Weather.com, Discovery Channel, WWE and ABC Television. He also has published various articles on digital advertising, spoken at numerous conferences including Ad:Tech, iMedia, OMMA and Streaming Media, and lead educational seminars on interactive advertising. Larry is a member of the IAB Digital Video Committee and past member of the IAB Rich Media task force, IAB Measurement Committee and New York New Media Association.

Mr. Allen graduated with honors from Clarion University with BS in Management.
